At Desi Teez, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 5 days of delivery. Please review our return policy below for detailed information.

Return Time Frame

  • Returns: You can return your item within 5 days of the order being delivered provided there is a problem with the quality, size or print for the order which has been delivered to you.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return or exchange.

Defective or Wrong Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 5 days of the delivery date. To process your claim, we require the following:

  1. Unboxing Video (Recommended): A video showing the unboxing process.
  2. Photos:
    • Photo of the cover of the box/package.
    • Photo of the defective or incorrect item.
  3. Description: A description of the problem.
  4. Order ID: The order ID for reference.

How to Initiate a Return 

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at Store@DesiTeez.in. Provide the necessary details as mentioned above, and our team will guide you through the process.

Cost of Return 

  • No Extra Cost: There is no extra cost to the customer for the return or exchange of normal or defective products. Desi Teez will cover the cost of return shipping and send the replacement item free of charge.

Processing Time

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
  • For exchanges, the new item will be shipped out once we receive and inspect the returned item.
